One with Nature

Challenge

Piramal Realty, the real estate business of Piramal Enterprises needed strategic branding for developing properties across the categories of luxury, premium second homes, affordable housing and commercial real estate.

Interpretation

The concept of living with nature, ensconced in its embrace, is aspirational for urban dwellers. We built the strategy on the underlying principles of harmony and tranquillity and interpreted these differently across their offerings. The visual interpretation of harmony, balance and the healing qualities of the natural environment inspired the development of the category identities.

Solution

For the luxury residences ,the identity was derived from the concept of the tree of life, a symbol of growth, prosperity and serenity. The elements of flora and fauna are composed organically within a circular device, conveying a harmonic relationship with nature. The brand becomes a living embodiment of spirituality and co-existence.

Success

Today the brand identity is synonymous with Piramal Realtyʼs premium residential offerings. It unifies projects under an umbrella brand within an elegant brand architecture. The identity was also recognised and conferred the international Wolda Award for excellence.
