High rise, high-end residential properties require high-quality signage solutions. Kalpataru Sparkle and Pinnacle are iconic residential properties in Mumbai. We interacted with the project architecture teams to create way finding solutions for visitors and residents. Each residential property has a unique brand and requires a custom designed sign system that reflects the identity and aspirations of the residents of these towers.

Using the metaphor of a Pinnacle, we developed an entire system of sheet metal laser cut and folded signs, with laser etched patterns, colour coated to add vibrancy to the environments of the residential towers. The signs help visitors identify and locate themselves within the gated complex.

For Sparkle, we played with the radiant motif developed as a theme wrap-around façade we had created for the towers. Representing successful lives and the spirit of celebration, this motif is laser cut into the signage in a duo-tone relief pattern which grows and scales down to suit the hierarchy of signages used across the residential complex.
