Responsibilities
As a lead visual communication designer, your skillsets will include areas of design such as typography, iconography, colour, space, form and texture as well as people management skills. - Lead and mentor a team of visual designers, providing guidance, feedback, and inspiration to foster their professional growth and ensure the delivery of exceptional design solutions

Required
- Previous experience leading a design team and managing projects from conception to delivery
- In-depth knowledge of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and provide constructive feedback
- Prior professional experience in designing brand identity systems, editorial layouts and applications for web, desktop and mobile.
- Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, XD/InvisionApp, Figma and other software.
- Minimum Qualification; Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in the graphic design field.

At Eumo, in your role as a content creator and copywriter we expect you to be a team-spirited professional, skilled and imaginative ,with an eye for detail. Your daily tasks would comprise creating engaging content and copy for a range of brand and communication requirements.
Responsibilities
Here are some of your responsibilities in detail –
- Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution on assigned brands
- Research and understand the client’s needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts, and in-person meetings
- Write original copy and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials
- Collaborate with a team of Strategists and Visual Communication Designers from concept development to delivery of final product
