India Salon & Wellness Pro presented the international trade show with an exclusive platform for professional salons, spas and wellness businesses, with a wide array of haircare, skincare, makeup products and equipments. The show saw an eclectic mix of global and Indian players, as well as emerging companies, each showcasing their latest product and service offerings, innovations in an exciting yet business like manner.
The show promised to be a mélange of conferences where important questions about beauty standards and scope of growth were discussed, workshops, fashion shows and spa the chance to hob-nob with top industry professionals! The show was an excellent opportunity for participants as it was an ideal platform for any enterprise connected with beauty and wellness sector comprising two days of energetic networking, education and recognition through awards. ISWP 2013 concurrently conducted Beauty Market India 2013 which primarily focused on the beauty services and cosmetic retail market.
Shanoo Bhatia, Founder Director, Eumo, was invited to present some of her projects, to showcase how developing a brand experience helps improve the retail and customer experience.
The first project was Lakme, which was an iconic Indian brand symbolising a contemporary Indian interpretation of beauty, and needed a retail facelift for their salons to resonate better with their brand personality and create an experience high on glamour quotient. The second project was Kaya, where Eumo was given a mandate to create a new retail identity to communicate the repositioning of the Kaya brand from a medical expertise brand to a consumer brand which capitalizes on beauty through expertise.
